Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Xtravel Club. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and products including tours and airport shuttle services.

By booking with us or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

   1. Booking & Payment

    • All bookings must be made via our website or through authorized agents.

    • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

    • Payments are securely processed. We accept major credit cards and online payment platforms.

  1. 2. Cancellations & Refunds

    Shuttle Services:

    • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup.

    • 50% refund if cancelled within 12–24 hours.

    • No refund for cancellations made within 12 hours of pickup.

  2. Tour Bookings:

    • Cancellations made 7 days before departure receive a full refund.

    • 50% refund for cancellations 3–6 days before departure.

    • No refund if cancelled within 72 hours of departure.

  3. 3. Changes to Bookings

    • Requests for date/time changes must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability.

    • Xtravel Club reserves the right to charge an administrative fee for changes.

  4. 4. Service Conditions

    • All services are subject to availability, weather, and operational conditions.

    • We reserve the right to change routes or itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., road closures, natural events).

    • Passengers must be ready at the pickup point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.

  5. 5. Luggage Policy

    • Each passenger may bring 1 suitcase and 1 small carry-on.

    • Oversized luggage, bikes, or surfboards must be declared in advance and may incur extra charges.

  6. 6. Liability Disclaimer

    • Xtravel Club is not liable for any loss, damage, delay, or injury caused by circumstances beyond our control.

    • Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.

  7. 7. Travel Insurance

    • We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.

  8. 8. Code of Conduct

    • Clients must behave respectfully towards staff and fellow travelers.

    • Xtravel Club reserves the right to remove anyone behaving inappropriately or in violation of New Zealand laws.

  9. 9. Privacy Policy

    • Personal information is collected to fulfill bookings and improve service.

    • We do not sell or share your data with third parties unless legally required.

  10. 10. Governing Law

    These terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of New Zealand. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
